Refund policy

We want you and your bird to be satisfied with your purchase. However, due to the sensitive nature of avian health and safety, we maintain a strict return policy to ensure all our products remain free from potential contaminants or diseases. 

-Non-returnable Items: For biosecurity and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Bird Food and Treats: All edible items are final sale, whether opened or unopened.
  • Toys: To prevent the spread of avian diseases, toys that have been handled or removed from original packaging cannot be returned.
  • Fabric/Rope Items: Items like rope perches or bird tents that can harbor bacteria or mites are non-returnable.

Eligible Items: Hardware and hard-surface supplies such as carriers, stands and trees may be returned within seven (7) days of delivery/purchase.

Condition of Return: Eligible items must be in new, unused, and resaleable condition with all original packaging, tags, and manuals (if applicable) intact.

Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the items was received damaged or was sent in error.

Damage & Issues: Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage to qualify for a replacement or refund.
